APLEN Grants

Library Participation Grants
Created in 2003, this grant is intended to assist public libraries through a node partner. This grant is available to libraries that have not received funding in past grant rounds. The node partner applies for the funding.

The grants will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Nodes may apply at any point during the year. This grant is intended to support 10 libraries per year.

Capacity and Training Grants
Awarded every two years, these grants assist the nodes in maintaining and developing the network infrastructure.

Special Projects Grant
Funding may be made available to investigate, implement and evaluate new technologies and their impact on public library services delivery.
