The Alberta Library negotiates consortial pricing for online resources such as magazines, journals and newspapers on behalf of its member libraries to improve access to information for Albertans.

Subscriptions Alberta
The Alberta Library licenses a group of electronic databases on behalf of its members as a service called Subscriptions Alberta. Over 90% of TAL's member Libraries participate in Subscriptions Alberta.
