The Alberta Library works with vendors all over the world to deliver great content and value to our member libraries. If you are a vendor interested in working with the Alberta Library, please contact us using the form below. Please consider the following guidelines for licensing through TAL:
 

• Our members and clients include public, post-secondary, and special libraries as well as K-12 schools.
• We license databases, ebook platforms, streaming services, and many other types of digital content and services.
• We streamline administration time and costs for vendors and help them reach new audiences for their products.
• Our members benefit by accessing products at discounts of 10-60%.
• We work with other consortia across Canada to deliver the most efficient and advantageous licensing services for our members.
• Invoicing is typically at the consortium level.
• Vendors need to be able to support access to their products via IP authentication, proxy services or other means.
